Venkatadri express is Merlapaka Gandhi’s debut movie with a Different approach which includes Sundeepkishan as main lead With a very new story line .
This movie story deals with a son and his father who is very strict at his son’s future and discipline . Total story deals with Sudeep’s 100th mistake of missing the train while his whole family travelling for a wedding at tirupati. Director choosed a perfect and unique story through his style . This movie takes Sudeep kishan into the next level of acting . Cinematography is the bigger asset for the movie . Ramanagogula Music and BGM were impressing. Hospital fight was good . father and son plot between Sandeep and nagineedu was put terrific . Allari naresh voice over is another best thing among . Comedy setup from Tagubothu ramesh and Saptagiri was extreme . Twists were very well handled .
Weak Things : Not great formulation of the story . You will find Bommarillu climax scene in Nagineedu and Sudeep scenes .A comedy scene followed by action one and next will be romantic turn this is the way movie proceeds . Second half is purely predictable and lead with few disturbances which drags a lot .M.S.Narayana is boring . Annoying scenes of ATM-Machine and car sequence could irritate you .With a terrific 1st half which increases ur expectations on second half dissapoints you and raises well at the climax .
Finally :Venkatadri Express is an interesting comedy entertainer with tight screenplay which has good twists around it to keep us glued to the screen througout the movie . Such a terrific output from a debutant director . Watch with out any expectations and you will be satisfied . Go Try this Weekend
