Heart Attack is an upcoming Telugu film directed, produced and written by Puri Jagannath under the Puri Jagannath Touring Talkies. The film stars Nithin and Adah Sharma in lead roles. Anoop Rubens who composed the soundtrack for previous two films of Nithin, will be composing the soundtrack for this film.
